The children of the town, where we were running our field survey last summer, were very enthusiastic about our work. In a very short time, they became the irresistible members of our team. While documenting the Byzantine and Ottoman monuments, we let them observe, ask and contribute. Touching the stone and developing the theory does not necessarily mean to understand a city; human values the space in it. The inhabitants are the elements of the topography and my vital fascination in my project.
