Cancer is a terrible disease. It is frightening, incalculably. There are still many people dying from it. Cancer cells are hard to fight, when you don't want to kill healthy tissue. Nanotechnology may be a chance to win the fight. Working in nanotechnology is fishing in the dark, not seeing what you are doing… after month or even years of hard work getting such a (beautiful) image of what you actually did, makes your success visible: Nanocarriers internalized by cancer cells.
