The result of an „agar diffusion screening assay“ is shown. The growth of Staphylococcus aureus (St. au.), responsible for inflammation diseases in human beings, induced a clouding of the agar – but was explicitly pushed back around the positive control ‚+‘ and the sample ‚42‘. The latter contained a supernatant of [gamma/delta] T cells, the main object of my studies. Thereby, this picture shows insistently, that [gamma/delta] T cells are on duty to fight back dangerous microorganisms.
